Procedure of Voting:

2)Click on ITA Awards.

3)Read all the terms and conditions very carefully and click on (I accept these Terms and Conditions)

4)Fill your Bio Data , which includes Name , Email , Address , Age , Phone Number Etc..

5)Click on Next.

6)When Next Page appears , Vote for Madhubala by filling these details in the form fields:

General Rules of ITA 2013:

1. Winners will be declared after computation and finalization.

2. In case of multiple Winners, a lucky draw will be conducted.
