Born on January 10, 1985, Drashti Dhami turns 29-years-old today and the actor is in no mood to work. According to our sources, the actor has taken three days off from her hectic schedule in Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon to chill and celebrate her birthday.

Drashti Dhami, who made her debut on Television with 'Dil Mil Gaye', has made a mark for herself in the industry in last six years. The actress has become a household name after her stint on 'Madhubala- Ek Ishq Ek Junoon'. But the actress is not just a 'bahu' on television but has also tried her hands in reality shows. She not just participated in dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' but also went onto win the show along with her partner Salman Yusuf Khan. She also shared screen space with Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan in one of the episodes of her show 'Madhubala'. Here is a list of some of her best works on television as of now. 

 Drashti would be celebrating her special birthday with Neeraj Khemka and close friends in Goa. Apparently, Drashti already celebrated her birthday with her family on January 7, 2014. And is now off for a small and private party in Goa.

Anil Kapoor in Madhubala to promote 24

After Shah Rukh Khan visited Madhubala-Ek Ishq Ek Junoon and sang and danced and did much hugging to promote his movie ‘Chennai Express’ it is now Anil Kapoor’s turn to land up on the sets of Madhubala.

Anil Kapoor is stepping into Tellywood with his serial ‘24’.

24 has been a very popular espionage and counter terrorist serial in USA. Anil had to try really, really hard to get permission for the series to come to India and be screened here with an Indian flavor and Indian actors and Indian storyline. Many known faces of Bollywood and Tellywood will be appearing in this show which is all to do with crime and terrorism. We have to now see how the creative team of Madhubala spins Anil Kapoor into the serial. Shah Rukh was seen as having a success party to which RK and Madhu were invited. How will Anil Kapoor promote his show 24 on Madhubala? Will it have anything to do with Sultan or the new producer Arora who both

RK’s enemies? Will Anil Kapoor offer to get to the bottom of these two enemies of RK with his special crime investigating officer? We will wait and see if this promotion will bring Anil as much luck as it did to Shah Rukh Khan.
